About
Michael Wolford is part owner of Palm Notary. His management skills were honed by 20 years as a leader in the U.S. Army and 15 years as a program manager with the US Air Force. Managing personnel and over multiple locations throughout the world has prepared him to effectively communicate and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
His experience has allowed him to develop the necessary communication and listening skills to understand client’s needs and provide them with quality notary services. He is a commissioned notary and a National Notary Association certified signing agent.
His experience as a trainer has resulted in over 3,000 students graduating from various training courses. He also has experience developing training which; both are vital skill needed for guiding clients through complicated forms and tasks during the notarization process. He graduated from Drury University in Springfield Missouri with a bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Webster University in St. Louis with a master’s degree in environmental management, and DeVry University in Tampa with a master’s degree in project management.
Craig M. Rogers
About
Craig Rogers is a part owner of Palm Notary. Craig developed his managerial skills with 18 years of service in the United States Army in many locations within the continental United States and overseas locations. He was responsible for training hundreds of service personnel in several different areas and demonstrated leadership ability. Craig implemented managerial skills also while serving as a network engineer for a large telecommunications company.
As a college/university professor, Craig trained hundreds of students over a period of years in the fields of information technology and business, which enabled them to successfully graduate earning associate and bachelor’s degrees. He served as a director over the IT department programs and was responsible for coaching and training employees – ensuring that they remained compliant with federal and state regulations.
Craig is a notary public commissioned by the State of Florida and successfully completed the National Notary Association’s certified signing agent program. He graduated from Southwest Florida College with an associate degree in Microsoft Network Engineering/Cisco Engineering, University of Phoenix with a bachelor’s degree in Management, and a Master of Business Administration (Project Management) from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University. Craig’s years of managerial experience, training, and military service enabled him to develop a keen sense of attention to detail which is imperative as a notary in providing the highest quality of service.
Maurice “Moe” Gissendanner
About
Moe is a part owner of Palm Notary. He proudly served his country for 35 years as an Army Engineer Officer and a government Engineer Liaison Officer at multiple locations across the globe. He continues to provide a public good to the community as a commissioned Notary and licensed Mortgage Loan Officer (6yrs). Moe is a customer focused and results oriented team player with exemplary leadership, planning, training, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Moe’s six (+) years of in-depth mortgage loan officer experience gives him a unique perspective as a certified Notary Signing Agent to assist clients with understanding and signing mortgage loan documentation.
Moe earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the Virginia Military Institute, master’s degree in Organizational Management and Leadership from Webster University School of Business and Technology and a MBA in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management, DeVry University.
